App: Sleep Sounds: Calm Relax Music
Operator: Ocean Barque
Contact: ssob.customerservice@gmail.com
Proposed effective date: September 1, 2026

1. Scope and simple version

Ocean Barque provides this Android offline sound player and multi-track mixer. The App does not require an account, login, profile, or cloud backup. Sounds, covers, and configuration are packaged in the App and are not downloaded at runtime. The App is intended for people aged 13 and over, is not directed to children, and is not a sleep tracker, recording tool, health service, medical device, or emergency service.

2. Local device data

The App stores custom-mix names, sound IDs, restoration order, per-track volumes, compatible favorite records, language mode, the last non-zero timer duration, and local playback preferences on the device. This data remains local until you clear it, clear Android App data, or uninstall the App. Clearing or uninstalling removes local custom mixes and compatible favorites; Ocean Barque cannot recover them. The App does not upload or cloud-sync this database. User-entered custom-mix names are not intentionally sent to Analytics or Crashlytics.

3. Firebase Analytics

When enabled and permitted by applicable privacy choices, Firebase Analytics may receive limited events such as screen views, content IDs and types, playback state, track counts, timer actions, consent results, purchase-result categories, and advertising-result categories. The App is designed not to send custom-mix names, free text, email addresses, purchase tokens, order IDs, complete receipts, or complete database rows. Firebase and Google may process SDK-generated identifiers, app-instance, device, operating-system, approximate IP-derived location, diagnostic, and usage information under their documentation and settings.

4. Firebase Crashlytics

When enabled, Crashlytics may collect crash and non-fatal error data such as stack traces, relevant app state, device and operating-system metadata, app version, installation identifiers, and limited technical context. App context is limited to technical fields such as language, screen, playback state, track count, timer status, entitlement tier, ad-removal status, billing response code, and version. The App is designed not to attach email, names, addresses, custom-mix names, purchase tokens, order IDs, complete receipts, copied advertising IDs, or absolute audio paths to reports. Google controls service retention under its current documentation and configuration.

5. Google Mobile Ads and UMP

If advertising is enabled, the App may show a content-area banner, an App Open ad, or an interstitial at a permitted natural interruption point. Ads are not placed in lock-screen controls, notification controls, or the audio service. Google Mobile Ads may collect or share IP address, product interactions, diagnostics, Android advertising ID, or other device/account identifiers for advertising, analytics, measurement, fraud prevention, and delivery, depending on configuration, region, consent, and Google policy. Google UMP updates consent and shows choices when required. Where privacy options are required, the release will provide a way to reopen them. Refusing or withdrawing consent may reduce personalization but does not disable offline playback.

6. Google Play Billing

If enabled and available in a user’s country, the App may offer a Premium subscription that unlocks VIP content and removes ads, plus a separate one-time remove-ads product that does not unlock Premium. Google Play shows the price, currency, period, renewal, trial, offer, taxes, availability, and required disclosures at purchase. This draft sets none of those parameters. Google Play processes payment credentials and transaction records; Ocean Barque does not receive or store a complete payment-card number through the App. The App may process product ID, purchase status, entitlement state, and technical billing categories.

7. Support, sharing, and international processing

If you email support, Ocean Barque receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send to reply to the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or purchase tokens. When enabled, information may be made available to Google Play, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, UMP, and their service providers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the App. Google uses global infrastructure, so service data may be processed outside your country.

8. Choices, security, and retention

You can clear local data, change language, use the UMP privacy-options entry point where available, manage collection controls provided in the release, and contact Ocean Barque. Because there is no App account or cloud custom-mix database, there is no App account deletion flow. A local clear cannot delete a copy already processed by Google services; those services follow their own policies and applicable law. Local storage and Google service traffic are designed to use reasonable security measures, including encrypted transport for Google services.

9. Children and changes

The App is configured for a 13+ target audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information through an App account because there is no account system. We may update this policy when the App, SDK configuration, legal requirements, or data practices change; the published version will show its effective date.
